March Break Camp – March 10th to 14th

Please note: Photos may be taken by CentreStage during the camp and are the property of CentreStage Theatre. They may be used in future publications. Parents/Guardian will be contacted directly if a photo is to be used. No names will be used with the picture. I give permission.

I desire that the child named above participate in the CentreStage Theatre Camp and all its activities, unless I advise otherwise in writing. I agree that, having taken the precautions that, in your discretion, are deemed advisable, the theatre, its directors and its staff will not be held responsible for any sickness or accident to my child.
