Youth Theatre Camps
This year, CentreStage Theatre will be holding drama camps for children aged 5 -15 years. Participants will learn stage skills such as use of voice, movement, character development, and technical aspects. Everyone will also have a part in the drama that will be performed at the end of the camp.

Camp costs are $165 per person per week. If any camp must be cancelled for any reason, 100% of fees will be refunded.
Camps hours are 9:00-3:00 Monday to Friday. Performances will be on Friday as listed.
Each participant is responsible for bringing a lunch. CentreStage will provide all snacks.

Volunteer Camp Assistants
CentreStage is offering Volunteer Camp Assistant positions for several of our summer camps this summer. These positions may be applied for by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
The summer assistants will help with the running of the camps.
• Leading games
• Helping with crafts
• Assisting with snacks
• Running lines
• Helping with rehearsals
• Helping with costumes and makeup
• Acting when necessary
• Creating props
• Cleanup
Two Volunteer Summer Camp assistants per week are needed. You may apply for more than one camp. Preference will be given to those who have attended Drama Camps. Minimum age requirement is 14.
The hours are 8:30 – 3:00, Monday through Friday with the final production on Friday afternoon.
Assistants will be needed for the following weeks: July 4-8, July 11-15. July 25 -29, August 8 -12.

Theatre has many benefits for people of all ages. For $165 you can sponsor a child, who otherwise can’t afford it, to attend one of the drama camps at CentreStage Theatre this summer.
